David Copperfield Review - Learn The Power Of Magic From The Master!
David Copperfield is one of the most famous and respected magicians in the world. He is also one of its more colorful characters. David Copperfield is an American stage magician who has made a name for himself performing acts for both adults and children. His performances have been seen all around the world and have gained him many fans. His books on magic are some of the most well-known books in the history of magic.
The Personal History, Magic Experiences, Adventure and Obsession of David Copperfield the Young of Blunderstone is the third in his series of books on magic. It was originally published as a single novel in eighteen fifty-nine, and later as a novel in paperback as well. The novel tells the story of David Copperfield's rise and fall from the mountaintop. He was once a master illusionist who mastered tricks such as disorienting his audience with smoke and mirrors, levitation and walking through walls. But when he tried to apply the same tricks to people in real life, it backfired and instead made him seem untrustworthy and unnatural.
He was fascinated by the challenge of learning new magic, and so sought to share this passion with others. Aided by a supportive and wonderful family, David Copperfield gained the insight and experience to become the foremost authority in the field of magic. The book covers a wide variety of topics, including mentalist, comedy magic, stage illusions, comedy, stage shows, and much more. It provides the full history of David Copperfield's journey from childhood to present day. There are amusing tales about tricks he performed while working with the military during World War II, and there are discussions about his use of stage makeup for effect and the controversy that followed.
The book starts out with an introduction of David Copperfield and his family. David is shown wearing his signature striped shirt and smiling broadly as he introduces himself to the reader. The book then takes its time to outline his early childhood years. It is followed by a description of his time traveling to Europe, traveling to America, performing at the University of Utah, and traveling to the United Kingdom. These experiences give insight into the mind of a young David Copperfield.
The book concludes with a lengthy account of David's experience working with the circus. The stories from these adventures give the reader a glimpse into the psyche of a man seeking to master magic. I liked that Copperfield shares how he feels about performing these tricks, how he relates them to his art, and why he loves doing them. The stories also give an insight into how David Copperfield actually performs his magic and what type of results he is likely to get.
This book provides a great insight into the mind of a professional magician and gives an excellent account of some of the experiences that helped create his successful career. For the novice magician who is just starting out I would highly recommend this to help you get a handle on the techniques and learn more about the world of magic. It is a short read and will leave you spellbound and wanting more.
